My Experience
As a Brazilian immigrant to the US, Clayton Rodrigues has made a name for himself in the realm of business. With a wildly successful 8-figure construction company, a mentoring program, and a loving family, he has made the American dream a reality for himself. How did he do it? By working hard through adversity and learning how to adjust his mindset to believe that anything is possible with a little faith and hard work!
When he first arrived in the US back in 2004, Clayton opted to hit the ground running in building his construction company in Sacramento, CA. He would go on sites like Craigslist to post ads to find jobs, he would travel neighborhoods going door to door to drum up business, and he made a point to build solid relationships with each client that we worked with. He also had to take on all aspects of the company; he was the receptionist, salesperson, installer, and accountant. It took determination and consistency to build up the business to where it is today, but it was worth it.
These days, Clayton and his company have built up an incredible number of positive reviews from happy clients. He makes sure that his clients are getting the things that they need/want quickly because that is what people look for today. He also ensures quality and affordability along with that. He also has great working relationships with people all over the industry. He’s become well-known for his leadership abilities and positive influence and motivation for working with people. He also is incredibly detail-oriented, which is a plus both in dealing with clients and coworkers.
My Goals
As a business coach and mentor my goals are:
- Help clients define and achieve their business goals.
- Provide expert guidance and support in areas such as strategy, marketing, and leadership.
- Build lasting and valuable relationships with clients.
- Continuously stay informed and educated on industry developments and trends.
- Use a variety of coaching techniques and tools to help clients improve their performance and reach their potential.
- Help clients to identify and overcome obstacles and challenges.
- Encourage clients to take ownership of their progress and development.
- Support clients in creating and implementing action plans to achieve their goals.
- Provide accountability and motivation to clients throughout the coaching process.
- Continuously evaluate and adjust coaching methods to ensure clients are getting the best results possible.
